Beth’s House was created from the belief that every parent deserves support in a safe, welcoming environment where they can ask questions, share concerns, and receive guidance without judgment. Parenting children under five can often feel isolating, which is why creating a village of support and connection is so important for parental well-being and mental health. Beth’s House is modeled after Cleveland’s Providence House, an evidence-based crisis nursery model that has continued to successfully serve families for more than 40 years, demonstrating the ongoing need for prevention-focused family support services. Beth’s House believes that child welfare involvement or foster care placement is not always necessary when families are provided with early intervention, stabilization, and supportive resources as a first line of care.
